Why is it every time I hear a story about racism its always whites doing it to some other race, but whenever you hear about another race blatantly committing racism against whites, its never referred to as racist or a hate crime?

Does anyone think things will get better? I don't believe govt. esp US. I believe it's a tactic. I feel so overwhelmed with problems that I can't choose one to act upon, and the problems are themselves so large that I'm afraid I won't accomplish anything.
